WELCOME TO HERBAL GALAXY OF REGIONAL PLANT RESOURCE CENTRE

	SECTIONS LITERATURE HORTICULTURE COMMERCIAL CONTACT		INTRODUCTION This herbal site is developed by Regional Plant Resource Centre to share the knowledge on medicinal plants with this world. The institute has two medicinal gardens and one rhizomatous experimental garden. There is a collection of 207 medicinal plants collected from all over India in the medicinal germplasm garden. Second is herbal garden at the famous site of botanic gardens of Regional Plant Resource Centre, Bhubaneswar. Herbal garden has 96 species of medicinal plants which have been arranged on the basis of diseases related to different body systems. Finally there is one experimental rhizomatous garden where field experiments on optimisation of growing conditions of rhizomatous crops is conducted.
